If you plan to visit during peak seasons / holidays (summer, Christmas, Ramadan…), please keep in mind that flights may sell out. It would be wise to book tickets from your home country before you leave.

“BY METER” taxis may be found outside the airport (just a 3 min walk to the street), making the trip to the harbor around Rp 65,000. Airport taxis, on the other hand, will charge a fixed price Rp 100,000.

2. By tour boat (perama tour boat from padangbai (bali) to gili islands)

  • Boats then bound for the gili islands leave daily from padangbai at 14:00.
  • Arrive in gili meno:18:30 - 19:00 (depending on sea condition)

Note: If you take the perama tour boat, there is a chance that you’ll arrive too late to find a horse cart. In this case, please notify us before hand, and we’ll organize the horse cart for you. (free of charge!)

3. By speed boat (speed boat from bali to gill islands)

4. By ferry boat (ferry boat from padangbai [bali] to lembar [lombok] + public transpot [bemo or taxi] from lembar [lombok] to bangsal harbor + public boat to gili meno)

+ Take bemo(local transport), taxi or bus to padangbai(bali).

+ From padangbai(bali) to lembar(lombok), take public ferry boat, which runs on a 24-hour basis every 90min.

Travel time: 3 - 5 hours
Price: Rp 21,000 / one person[one way]

Note: This trip might be a hassle due to the crowds of sellers and porters.

+ From lembar to bangsal take a bemo(local transport), mini bus or van.

Travel time: 70 min
Price: Rp15,000 (tourist price possibly higher. Negotiate!)

5. Bangsal harbor to gili meno harbor by boat.

Gili meno-bound boats leave bangsal harbor at the following times:
  • Public boat 10am ( Rp7,500 / one person / one way)
  • Public boat 2pm ( Rp15,000 / one person / one way)
  • Shuttle boat 4:30pm ( Rp22,000 / one person / one way)
  • Charter boat morning till 5pm (Rp145,000 / per boat / one way)

6. From gili meno harbor to sunsetgecko.

Take a cidomo (horse cart, Rp 20,000 ~ 250,000) to SunsetGecko.

Conversely, you can walk 30 min to sunsetgecko.

7. If you are already in gili trawanga or gili air ,come with island hopping boat.
